Coaching and mentoring: two terms frequently mixed up but distinct in practice. What exactly sets them apart? Let’s break it down.

COACHING:

MENTORING:

4️⃣ Experiential Guidance: Mentors offer broader insights and perspectives on career development, organisational dynamics, and life decisions based on their own journey.

5️⃣ Flexible Approach: Mentors adjust their guidance to address a wide range of topics including personal growth and career development. This approach allows mentors to provide personalised support, fostering a more fluid and adaptable learning process for the mentee.

BOTH:
